Open Face Dinner Roll Sandwiches

Some of the easiest recipes turn out to be some of the best tasting…

OPEN FACE DINNER ROLL SANDWICHES

Your favorite dinner rolls, cut in half, these rolls are potato rolls from the bakery

Your favorite good quality deli meat, my choice was thin sliced roast beef and shaved uncured sweet ham

Your favorite sliced cheese, I used muenster cheese

Butter for buttering the rolls, butter the bottom before setting in the baking pan and swipe a little butter on the top of roll before placing on the meat

Stack the deli meat on as thick as you like, then place a slice of cheese on top of the meat, the cheese will melt and fold down to cover the meat and bun

Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes, If you like, let the cheese turn a little golden.

Don’t forget some dipping sauces, like a horseradish based sauce or just some mayo with a little mustard mixed in.
