Gluten Free Vanilla Cake

 


Gluten Free Cake - With Buttercream Frosting

1 cup gluten free flour (1-1, cup to cup, measure to measure)

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Pinch salt

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 cup butter melted

1/2 cup milk

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

Sift dry ingredients, set aside

Beat eggs, add sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mix completely

Pour into prepared round or 8x8 square pan

Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
