Small Banana Chocolate Chip Loaf Cake – Gluten Free

1/2 cup gluten free flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 cup light brown sugar

1 egg

1/4 oil

1 small ripe banana, mashed

1/3 cup chocolate chips (or more)

In a bowl mix together mashed banana, egg, oil, and light brown sugar

Add gluten free flour, baking soda, and chocolate chips, mix and blend together completely

Pour into a prepared 9×5 loaf pan

Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes
