Chocolate Mini Bundt Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons baking cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar


Directions

  • Rub shortening or spray mini bundt maker with cooking spray, plug in to heat.
  • In a medium mixing bowl mix egg, yogurt or sour cream, and cooking oil, beat with fork until blended.
  • Stir in baking cocoa, add flour, baking soda, and baking powder, beat everything together until blended.
  • Pour half of the batter in to the bundt maker, bake for about 9 minutes. Remove cake by handles plate, with pot holders.
  • Set on cooling rack, Repeat with remaining batter. Makes 2 cakes.
  • After completely cooled, frost with your favorite frosting or glaze. Add sprinkles if you like. Serve and Enjoy!
