Broccoli Ham Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 pie shell, 9 inch
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk or half and half
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese, (I used 1/2 cup sharp cheddar and 1/4 cup pepper jack)
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1&1/2 cups steamed broccoli, patted dry with paper towel
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Whisk eggs until fluffy, add milk whisk in until blended, set aside.
  • Add the broccoli, ham, mushrooms and cheese and spread evenly in pie crust.
  • Pour egg mixture evenly in the pie crust on top of ingredients, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place pie on baking sheet, Bake in preheated oven for about 50 minutes. Check at about 45 minutes, make sure top and crust aren’t getting to dark.
  • Remove from oven let sit for about five minutes before cutting and serving. Enjoy!
