Broccoli Ham Mushroom Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 pie shell, 9 inch
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk or half and half
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese, (I used 1/2 cup sharp cheddar and 1/4 cup pepper jack)
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1&1/2 cups steamed broccoli, patted dry with paper towel
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Whisk eggs until fluffy, add milk whisk in until blended, set aside.
- Add the broccoli, ham, mushrooms and cheese and spread evenly in pie crust.
- Pour egg mixture evenly in the pie crust on top of ingredients, salt and pepper to taste.
- Place pie on baking sheet, Bake in preheated oven for about 50 minutes. Check at about 45 minutes, make sure top and crust aren’t getting to dark.
- Remove from oven let sit for about five minutes before cutting and serving. Enjoy!
