Cinnamon Roll Cake
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup regular or gluten free baking mix
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- Cinnamon filling ingredients
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons baking mix
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Your favorite glaze for top after cooled, (just powdered sugar and milk!)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°, spray a 6 inch round baking pan with cooking spray, set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl mix together the egg, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla.
- Add the baking mix and mix with a fork until everything is blended.
- Pour batter into prepared baking pan, set aside.
- Mix the filling ingredients together, should form a paste.
- Arrange the filling paste in a swirl pattern on top of batter in pan, slightly push down into batter with spoon. If you have any left crumble on top.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Place cake on cooling rack.
- After cooled swirl with your favorite glaze in a circle on top. Serve and Enjoy!
