Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies

 Gluten Free* Flour is used in preparing this small batch of Cookies with Dark Chocolate Chips and Chopped Pecans. The cookies on the back of the rack were baked for 14 minutes, front cookies were baked for 12 minutes, four cookies were eaten while they were hot!

Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup gluten free all purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • * Make sure to choose gluten free ingredients to make it gluten free.

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°, spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray, set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl add butter and both sugars, cream together.
  • Add egg and mix completely, add flour and salt, mix until completely blended.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
  • Drop by spoonfuls on prepared baking sheet, Past down a little with fingers, Bake in preheated oven for about 12 minutes. Transfer to cooling rack.
  • Makes 12 cookies. Enjoy!
