Easy Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup baking mix, regular or gluten free
  • 1/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten with a fork
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 hot water


Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350° spray a 7 inch round baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl add the egg, sugar, cooking oil, and milk mix together.
  • Add the baking mix and baking cocoa stir until completely mixed, stir in hot water and beat everything together.
  • Pour batter into prepared baking pan, Bake in 350° preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
  • Set on cooling rack to cool, after cooled frost with your favorite frosting. Cut, Serve, and Enjoy!
