Veggie Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent rolls or crescent dough
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup chopped broccoli
  • 3/4 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup chopped carrots

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°, spray a medium cookie sheet with cooking spray, set aside.
  • Open crescent roll can and unroll on cookie sheet flat.
  • Press seams together if they start to separate.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 14-17 minutes, light golden, let crust cool.
  • While crust is baking, in a medium mixing bowl mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder and dried dill weed with a hand mixer until blended.
  • Spread mixture on cooled crust.
  • Top the vegetables evenly over the spread, pat down gently. Set in refrigerator to chill.
  • When ready to serve cut into squares place on a serving dish or platter if you like. Enjoy!
