Veggie Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 can crescent rolls or crescent dough
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 cup chopped broccoli
- 3/4 cup chopped cauliflower
- 3/4 cup chopped carrots
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°, spray a medium cookie sheet with cooking spray, set aside.
- Open crescent roll can and unroll on cookie sheet flat.
- Press seams together if they start to separate.
- Bake in preheated oven for 14-17 minutes, light golden, let crust cool.
- While crust is baking, in a medium mixing bowl mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder and dried dill weed with a hand mixer until blended.
- Spread mixture on cooled crust.
- Top the vegetables evenly over the spread, pat down gently. Set in refrigerator to chill.
- When ready to serve cut into squares place on a serving dish or platter if you like. Enjoy!
