Easy Chocolate and Peanut Pie…
Ingredients
- 9 inch regular pie crust baked and cooled to package directions
- 4 pack chocolate fudge pudding cups
- 8 ounce tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup dry roasted lightly roasted peanuts
- Extra whipped topping and peanuts for topping when serving
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl beat together the whipped topping and cream cheese, add pudding, blend everything together.
- Spread peanuts evenly onto the bottom of the pie crust.
- Next spread the filling over the peanuts in the pie crust.
- Garnish top with peanuts, whipped topping, and chocolate syrup if you like.
- Chill in freezer until firm, serve with extra whipped topping. Enjoy!
