Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Cake

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup gluten free or regular flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 tablespoons room temperature butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup or more chocolate chips

Directions

  • In a medium mixing bowl cream together butter, vanilla, and sugars.
  • Add egg mix completely together.
  • Add flour and baking soda mix until everything is blended.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Spray a small round cake pan with cooking spray, I used a 7 inch spring form pan.
  • Add batter to pan and spread evenly in pan.
  • Bake in a pre heated 350° oven for 20-23 minutes.
  • Place on cooling rack, cool or eat while warm. Enjoy!
