Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Cake
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup gluten free or regular flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 tablespoons room temperature butter
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup or more chocolate chips
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl cream together butter, vanilla, and sugars.
- Add egg mix completely together.
- Add flour and baking soda mix until everything is blended.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spray a small round cake pan with cooking spray, I used a 7 inch spring form pan.
- Add batter to pan and spread evenly in pan.
- Bake in a pre heated 350° oven for 20-23 minutes.
- Place on cooling rack, cool or eat while warm. Enjoy!
