Ingredients
- 1 can lemon pie filling
- 1 tub 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 4 ounces room temperature cream cheese
- butter cookies for garnish, optional
Directions
- Mix together the cream cheese and whipped topping with an electric hand mixer.
- Add the lemon pie filling and beat together with electric hand mixer until completely blended together.
- Spoon into dessert dishes garnish with extra whipped topping and a butter cookie if desired.
- Refrigerate, serve cold, makes about 4 servings. Enjoy!
