Double Chocolate Muffin Tops
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free flour
- 3 tablespoons baking cocoa
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cooking oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate baking chips
*Make sure to choose gluten free ingredients to make it gluten free!
- In a medium mixing bowl beat together with a fork sugar, egg, cooking oil, milk, vanilla.
- Add flour, baking cocoa, and mix together and blend completely.
- Stir in semi sweet chocolate chips.
- Spray muffin top pan with cooking spray.
- Spoon batter into muffin pan.
- Bake in pre heated oven @ 350° for 7 minutes, don't bake to long they will be dry.
- Place on cooling rack to cool and serve!
