Individual Apple Crisps
Ingredients
Apples
- 2 small apples or 1 large, peeled cored and sliced
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Mix together and set aside.
Topping
- 1/2 cup dry quick oats
- 1/4 cup gluten free or regular flour
- 2 tablespoons cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Mix together dry ingredients and pour in melted butter mix together until crumbly.
Directions
- Spray baking dishes with cooking spray.
- Divide apples evenly into baking dishes.
- Divide crumble evenly on top of each apple dish.
- Bake in pre heated oven at 375° for about 30 minutes.
- Set on cooling rack. Serve warm or completely cooled.
- Add ice cream or whip cream, optional. Enjoy!
