Chocolate Sour Cream Cake
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup gluten free or regular baking mix
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cooking oil
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven 325°, spray an 8 or 9 inch round baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a medium mixing bowl beat eggs with a fork.
- Add the sugar, cooking oil, sour cream, and vanilla, beat everything together with fork.
- Stir in milk, add the Baking mix and baking cocoa.
- Beat with fork or hand mixer for about 2 minutes.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and bake @ 350° for about 30-32 minutes.
- Cool on cooling rack and frost with your favorite frosting. Serve and Enjoy!
