Chocolate Sour Cream Cake

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup gluten free or regular baking mix
  • 1/2 cup baking cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cooking oil
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  • Preheat oven 325°, spray an 8 or 9 inch round baking pan with cooking spray.
  • In a medium mixing bowl beat eggs with a fork.
  • Add the sugar, cooking oil, sour cream, and vanilla, beat everything together with fork.
  • Stir in milk, add the Baking mix and baking cocoa.
  • Beat with fork or hand mixer for about 2 minutes.
  • Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and bake @ 350° for about 30-32 minutes.
  • Cool on cooling rack and frost with your favorite frosting. Serve and Enjoy!
