Loaded Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cup regular or gluten free baking mix
- 1 medium mashed ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 1/4 sugar
- 1/4 light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup raisins
Directions
- Preheat oven at 350°, spray a 9×5 loaf pan with cooking spray, set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl mix together the mashed banana and egg.
- Add and mix in the both sugars, cooking oil, and milk.
- Mix in the baking mix and beat with a fork until blended.
- Fold in the walnuts, chocolate chips, and raisins.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan, Bake for about 45-50 minutes, set on cooling rack.
- Serve sliced warm or cooled. Enjoy!
