Loaded Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup regular or gluten free baking mix
  • 1 medium mashed ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 sugar
  • 1/4 light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup raisins


Directions

  • Preheat oven at 350°, spray a 9×5 loaf pan with cooking spray, set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl mix together the mashed banana and egg.
  • Add and mix in the both sugars, cooking oil, and milk.
  • Mix in the baking mix and beat with a fork until blended.
  • Fold in the walnuts, chocolate chips, and raisins.
  • Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan, Bake for about 45-50 minutes, set on cooling rack.
  • Serve sliced warm or cooled. Enjoy!
