Chicken with Peppers and Onions

Ingredients

  • 1 pound thin sliced boneless chicken breast pieces
  • 1 package frozen mixed peppers and onions, about 12-14 ounces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, regular garlic infused
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons or more umami seasoning blend, or your favorite blend
  • fresh cracked pepper, as much as you like
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cups or more of cooked white rice

Directions

  • In a medium to large skillet add the olive, turn burner on med/high.
  • Add the chicken and seasoning, and fresh cracked pepper to taste.
  • Stir and toss for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the frozen pepper and onion blend and butter.
  • Stir until vegetables are tender, and chicken is cooked through.
  • Add salt to taste, serve over hot cooked white rice. Enjoy!
