Chicken with Peppers and Onions
Ingredients
- 1 pound thin sliced boneless chicken breast pieces
- 1 package frozen mixed peppers and onions, about 12-14 ounces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, regular garlic infused
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons or more umami seasoning blend, or your favorite blend
- fresh cracked pepper, as much as you like
- salt to taste
- 2 cups or more of cooked white rice
Directions
- In a medium to large skillet add the olive, turn burner on med/high.
- Add the chicken and seasoning, and fresh cracked pepper to taste.
- Stir and toss for about 5 minutes.
- Add the frozen pepper and onion blend and butter.
- Stir until vegetables are tender, and chicken is cooked through.
- Add salt to taste, serve over hot cooked white rice. Enjoy!
