Gluten Free Dark Chocolate Chip Brownies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 1/3 gluten free all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten with a fork
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 dark chocolate chips
- *Make sure to choose gluten free ingredients to make it gluten free!
Directions
- Preheat oven 325°. Spray a 9×9 baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl beat the eggs with a fork, add sugars, vanilla, and butter, mix.
- Add the baking cocoa, stir until completely blended in.
- Add the gluten free flour, baking soda and salt, completely blend everything together.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared baking pan, spread evenly.
- Bake in preheated 325° oven for about 18- 20 minutes.
- Set on rack to cool, cut into squares, set on serving dish, drizzle with a chocolate glaze.
- Serve and Enjoy!
- Tip: I like to use a square spring form pan. I also use a pizza cutter to cut the brownies after removing springform, makes it easy to cut even squares and doesn’t scratch your pan like a knife.
