Gluten Free Dark Chocolate Chip Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/3 gluten free all purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten with a fork
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 dark chocolate chips
  • *Make sure to choose gluten free ingredients to make it gluten free!

Directions

  • Preheat oven 325°. Spray a 9×9 baking pan with cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl beat the eggs with a fork, add sugars, vanilla, and butter, mix.
  • Add the baking cocoa, stir until completely blended in.
  • Add the gluten free flour, baking soda and salt, completely blend everything together.
  • Fold in dark chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into prepared baking pan, spread evenly.
  • Bake in preheated 325° oven for about 18- 20 minutes.
  • Set on rack to cool, cut into squares, set on serving dish, drizzle with a chocolate glaze.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
  • Tip: I like to use a square spring form pan. I also use a pizza cutter to cut the brownies after removing springform, makes it easy to cut even squares and doesn’t scratch your pan like a knife.
