Marinated Balsamic Vinaigrette Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 2 boneless pork chops, about 3/4 inch thick
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup peas and carrot frozen mix, added to rice while cooking, optional.
Directions
- Place pork chops and balsamic vinaigrette in a ziploc bag or small container, marinate for at least an hour or two, place in refrigerator or just prepare in morning and set in refrigerator for dinner later.
- In a medium skillet on medium high heat add olive oil, place pork chops in skillet and sear on each side three minutes.
- Turn heat down to medium and cook a couple more minutes on each side, until internal temperature reaches 145°.
- Serve over hot cooked rice, serves 2. Enjoy!
