Oat Flour Apple Spice Cake
1 & 1/2 cups oat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
1 tablespoon cocoa
1/3 cup light brown sugar
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 apples diced
1 teaspoon vanilla
beat together eggs, oil, applesauce, vanilla
beat in light brown sugar
add sifted dry ingredients to wet ingredients, beat to completely mix
stir in diced apples
pour into prepared round or square pan
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes, until a toothpick or knife inserted comes out clean.
