Avocado Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika for garnish
  • salt and fresh cracked pepper
  • fresh lime wedges, optional

Directions

  • Cut the hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise, take out the egg yolk and set in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Cut up the half ripe avocado into cubes and add to egg yolks in the bowl
  • Add the mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste, blend everything together until creamy with a hand mixer.
  • Scoop by spoonfuls in to white part of eggs, fill generously.
  • Garnish with fresh cracked pepper and paprika. Place on serving dish. Makes 12.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve, serve with fresh lime if you like. Enjoy!
