Banana Bundt Cake
I like making my banana breads/bundt cake with a baking mix, for me they always turn out better…
Banana Bundt Cake
1 1/3 cups mashed ripe banana, 2 large
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
2 2/3 cups baking mix (Bisquick or Jiffy etc…)
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bundt pan.
Stir bananas, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla and eggs in large bowl.
Stir in baking mix and nuts. Pour into pan
Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and place on a plate. Cool completely, before slicing.
Frost it or glaze it or sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
