Triple Berry Muffins

A package mix, Just add water or milk.  Very inexpensive only around a dollar.  I always like to try these little pouches.  I made a cup of tea and tried one of the muffins while it was still warm, they are pretty good, especially in a pinch, fast and easy.  

This package is a good add on when you are trying to make your online cart total reach the free shipping threshold.

The package serving reads 6 muffins. I think if you use a regular cupcake tin it would yield six.  I made 4, but I used a ceramic muffin pan, which has larger cavities.  This mix can also be used to make pancakes.
