 Mahi Mahi Fillets with Cajun Seasoning





Mahi Mahi Fillets - Cajun Style

2 – 6 ounce Mahi Mahi fillets

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

Cajun seasoning to taste

Paprika

Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste


In a skillet add olive oil and butter turn on medium heat.

Place fillets in skillet and sprinkle paprika on both sides.

Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning on both sides to taste.

Cook a about 7 minutes on each side, turn heat down to medium low.

Serve with your favorite sauce (I used a horseradish based sauce).
