Salami and Mozzarella Omelet
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3 slices thin sliced hard salami, cut into pieces
- 1-2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Beat the eggs together with a fork in a small bowl.
- Turn a skillet on medium heat and add butter.
- When butter is melted, add beaten eggs to the skillet, covering the bottom of skillet.
- Sprinkle the cheese and salami evenly over eggs.
- Turn heat down to low and slowly cook until a bit firm. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Take a spatula and fold omelet in half, let cook about a minute or less.
- With spatula flip omelet over to brown the other side, for about a minute or less.
- Garnish with extra cheese and salami. Serve and Enjoy!
