Sweet Corny Bread
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup self rising cornmeal (not mix)
- 1/4 cup gluten free flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten with a fork
- 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
- *Make sure to choose gluten free ingredients to make it gluten free!
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and mix completely.
- Spray a round or square baking dish with cooking spray.
- Pour batter into baking dish, spread evenly in baking dish.
- Bake in pre heated 375° oven for about 40-45 minutes.
- Serve by spoonfuls on to your dish hot or cool slightly and slice. Add some butter. Enjoy!
