Crunchy Peanut Butter Cookie Cake
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup gluten free flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl cream together the peanut butter and butter.
- Add the sugars stir until completely mixed.
- Add the eggs, beat with a fork until blended together.
- Mix in the flour and baking soda until everything is completely blended together.
- Spray a round cake pan with cooking spray.
- Spoon cookie dough into prepared cake pan and spread evenly.
- Bake in a preheated 350° oven for about 25 minutes.
- Place on cooling rack, cool, open spring form pan, remove cookie and place on a serving dish.
- Slice, Serve, and Enjoy!
