White Cheddar Green Onion and Dill Omelet
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 and half ounces white cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 green onion top sliced
- pinch onion powder
- pat of butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl beat eggs, onion powder, dill, and green onion with a fork.
- Turn burner on stove to low/medium in a small skillet, add butter melt.
- Pour eggs in to skilllet, tilt skillet so egg can cover bottom.
- Place most of the cheese on egg, save some for top.
- Lower heat to low if needed.
- When egg is firm, fold in half with a spatula.
- Cook for about a minute, flip over and cook for about a minute on the other side.
- Remove from skillet and place remaining cheese on top.
- Add your favorite breakfast sides. Serve and Enjoy!
