White Cheddar Green Onion and Dill Omelet

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 and half ounces white cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 green onion top sliced
  • pinch onion powder
  • pat of butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • In a small bowl beat eggs, onion powder, dill, and green onion with a fork.
  • Turn burner on stove to low/medium in a small skillet, add butter melt.
  • Pour eggs in to skilllet, tilt skillet so egg can cover bottom.
  • Place most of the cheese on egg, save some for top.
  • Lower heat to low if needed.
  • When egg is firm, fold in half with a spatula.
  • Cook for about a minute, flip over and cook for about a minute on the other side.
  • Remove from skillet and place remaining cheese on top.
  • Add your favorite breakfast sides. Serve and Enjoy!
