Chocolate Chip Sour Cream Mini Loaves

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°, spray 2 mini loaf pans (6x3x2) with cooking spray, set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl add the egg, sour cream, sugars, cooking oil, and vanilla, mix together.
  • Add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder, mix for about a minute to blend everything.
  • Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pans.
  • Place in preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until toothpick entered in center comes out clean.
  • Set on cooling rack, serve warm or cold. Drizzle with glaze if you like. Enjoy!
