Chocolate Chip Sour Cream Mini Loaves
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°, spray 2 mini loaf pans (6x3x2) with cooking spray, set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl add the egg, sour cream, sugars, cooking oil, and vanilla, mix together.
- Add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder, mix for about a minute to blend everything.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pans.
- Place in preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until toothpick entered in center comes out clean.
- Set on cooling rack, serve warm or cold. Drizzle with glaze if you like. Enjoy!
