German Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa
- 2 tablespoons regular or gluten free all purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- coconut pecan frosting, store bought.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°, spray two 4 inch ramekins with cooking spray, set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl cream together butter and sugars, add egg, vanilla and mix.
- Stir in cocoa, flour, and salt, mix until everything is completely blended.
- Spread batter evenly, into the two ramekins.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
- Set on cooling rack, when cooled frost with coconut pecan frosting. Serve and Enjoy!
