German Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons regular or gluten free all purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • coconut pecan frosting, store bought.

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325°, spray two 4 inch ramekins with cooking spray, set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl cream together butter and sugars, add egg, vanilla and mix.
  • Stir in cocoa, flour, and salt, mix until everything is completely blended.
  • Spread batter evenly, into the two ramekins.
  • Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
  • Set on cooling rack, when cooled frost with coconut pecan frosting. Serve and Enjoy!
