Small Triple Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°, spray a 9×5 loaf pan with cooking spray, set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl mix together the egg, oil, sour cream, and sugars, beat together.
- Mix together flour and baking cocoa, add baking powder, baking soda, mix into wet ingredients, beat together, stir in hot water. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into baking pan, Bake for about 25 minutes, or until toothpick entered in center comes out clean. Set on cooling rack.
- After completely cooled frost with homemade or store bought frosting. Serve. Enjoy!
