Potato Chip Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup crumbled potato chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup butter or shortening
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°, lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray or rub with shortening.
  • In a medium mixing bowl cream together shortening or butter with the sugars, stir in the egg and mix well.
  • Add the flour baking soda and potato chips mix until all is completely mixed together.
  • Stir in chocolate chips, roll into about 1-1/2 inch balls, set on cookie sheet two inches apart.
  • Bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes, transfer to cooling rack. Makes about 18 cookies. Enjoy!
