Potato Chip Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup crumbled potato chips
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup butter or shortening
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°, lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray or rub with shortening.
- In a medium mixing bowl cream together shortening or butter with the sugars, stir in the egg and mix well.
- Add the flour baking soda and potato chips mix until all is completely mixed together.
- Stir in chocolate chips, roll into about 1-1/2 inch balls, set on cookie sheet two inches apart.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes, transfer to cooling rack. Makes about 18 cookies. Enjoy!
