Jumbo Cookie for Santa Claus
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons baking cocoa
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup butter or shortening
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons chocolate chips
- Christmas sprinkles
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°, spray a 7 inch round baking pan with cooking spray, set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl cream together the sugars and butter or shortening, mix in the egg.
- Mix the flour, baking soda and cocoa together, add to wet ingredients, completely stir everything together.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, spread cookie batter in the baking pan, evenly on the bottom.
- Sprinkle the Christmas sprinkles on top.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 12 minutes, transfer to cooling rack, release from pan. Enjoy Santa!
