Almond Flour Zucchini & Walnut Cake

1 & 1/2 cups almond flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon all spice

1 cup shredded zucchini

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup vegetable type oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup chopped walnuts (save a few to garnish top of cake)

Mix all wet ingredients together

Add all the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mix together completely

stir in walnuts, save a few for garnish

Pour into a prepared (sprayed with cooking spray) round or 8×8 square cake pan

Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes

Frost with a little buttercream or a cream cheese frosting, or just dust with powdered sugar.
