Pumpkin Spice Cake

 

If you like pumpkin, you will love this cake, it is moist and delicious.  And it looks pretty on your Thanksgiving holiday goody table, with your pies, brownies, and cheesecake etc…   The pumpkin on top of the cake, I used to decorate, is actually a frosted cookie.  

Pumpkin Spice Cake = Easy semi-homemade cake!

350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes

spice cake mix

15 oz can pure pumpkin

3 eggs

3/4 cup milk

Mix well, pour into prepared round cake pans. Bake. Let cool.

Frost with your choice of frosting, buttercream, cream cheese etc… I used a cheesecake filling. Enjoy!
