California Blend Rice Casserole
I changed up my broccoli rice casserole, I thought it would be great with california blend vegetables, instead of just broccoli.
California Blend Rice Casserole
1 bag frozen california blend vegetables (12-16 ounce bag)
1 1/2- 2 cups cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 ounces velveeta type cheese, cubed
salt & pepper to taste
Cook vegetables in bag per microwave directions
Place cooked rice in a casserole dish
Mix cream of chicken soup with rice
Spread vegetables evenly over the rice mixture
Place cheese cubes on top of vegetables
Cover with foil, Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes
You can take off the foil to brown the top, if you like
