White Cake with Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients
- 1&1/2 cups baking mix gluten free or regular
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 container chocolate frosting or make it homemade
- 8 or 9 inch square baking pan
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°, spray baking pan with cooking spray set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl beat the eggs whites with a fork, add sugar, and cooking oil, mix.
- Add the sour cream, vanilla extract mix everything together.
- Add in the milk until completely blended with other ingredients.
- Stir the baking mix and mix until everything is blended.
- Pour batter in prepared square baking pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 23-25 minutes.
- Set on cooling rack, when cake is completely cooled frost with your favorite frosting.
- Cut, Serve and Enjoy!
