White Cake with Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1&1/2 cups baking mix gluten free or regular
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup cooking oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container chocolate frosting or make it homemade
  • 8 or 9 inch square baking pan

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°, spray baking pan with cooking spray set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl beat the eggs whites with a fork, add sugar, and cooking oil, mix.
  • Add the sour cream, vanilla extract mix everything together.
  • Add in the milk until completely blended with other ingredients.
  • Stir the baking mix and mix until everything is blended.
  • Pour batter in prepared square baking pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for about 23-25 minutes.
  • Set on cooling rack, when cake is completely cooled frost with your favorite frosting.
  • Cut, Serve and Enjoy!
