Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free or regular flour
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°, spray an 8×8 square baking pan lightly with cooking spray, set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl cream together the peanut butter and butter.
- Add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla, mix everything together completely.
- Stir in the flour and mix until everything is blended.
- Evenly spread dough into the prepared baking pan. Bake in 350° oven for about 15 minutes.
- Place on cooling rack and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top while hot. After chocolate has melted, spread it with a spatula to cover the top.
- Place in refrigerator to cool and cut into squares, serve. Enjoy!
