Ground Chicken Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup chopped/minced sweet onions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons umami seasoning or your favorite
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 bagel thins or buns, gluten free or regular
  • lettuce, tomato or your favorite toppings
  • condiments, you choose

Directions

  • In a bowl mix together the ground chicken, minced onions, and seasonings, make into 4 patties.
  • Place a skillet on medium heat, add the olive oil to heat, set the 4 chicken burgers in skillet.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, to taste, and more seasoning if you like.
  • Cook chicken burgers until completely cooked all the way through.
  • Toast the bagel thins or buns, add condiments, chicken burgers, and toppings.
  • Serve with your favorite veggies or side dish. Enjoy!
