Ground Chicken Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped/minced sweet onions
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons umami seasoning or your favorite
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 bagel thins or buns, gluten free or regular
- lettuce, tomato or your favorite toppings
- condiments, you choose
Directions
- In a bowl mix together the ground chicken, minced onions, and seasonings, make into 4 patties.
- Place a skillet on medium heat, add the olive oil to heat, set the 4 chicken burgers in skillet.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, to taste, and more seasoning if you like.
- Cook chicken burgers until completely cooked all the way through.
- Toast the bagel thins or buns, add condiments, chicken burgers, and toppings.
- Serve with your favorite veggies or side dish. Enjoy!
