Creamy Chicken with Green Peppers
Ingredients
- 8 ounce boneless chicken breast, cut In pieces
- 1 green pepper sliced in strips
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon umami seasoning, or your favorite seasoning mix
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- In a skillet on medium heat add the olive oil and butter, add green pepper slices and the chicken.
- Sprinkle with the seasoning mix, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Stir fry until green peppers start to get tender and chicken is cooked, about 7-8 minutes and chicken is up to temperature, no pink in the middle.
- After cooked turn heat down to low and stir in the sour cream, stir until all is mixed together.
- Simmer until heated through, serve over the white rice. Enjoy!
