Pepperoni and Cheese Omelet
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- Shredded cheese
- Regular or mini sliced of pepperoni
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pat of butter
Directions
- In a small skillet add the pat of butter, after butter melts crack both eggs in skillet add the cheese and pepperoni.
- Scramble with a fork, with a spatula form eggs into a half circle, while they are still soft.
- Cook for about 30 seconds, then flip over and cook for about another 30 seconds.
- Serve and Enjoy!
