Mini White Cakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free or regular all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon almond flavor
- 2 ramekin dishes, 4 inch
- sliced almonds to garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Cream together sugar and sour cream, add almond flavor, and egg, and milk mix together until blended.
- Add flour, baking powder, beat with fork for about a minute.
- Spray two ramekins with cooking spray.
- Pour batter into cake pan, spread evenly in pan. Batter will be thick.
- Bake in a preheated oven @ 350° for about 20 minutes or when an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before frosting. I used a butter cream frosting with a couple drops almond flavor added. Garnish with sliced almonds if you like. Enjoy!
