Snow Peas and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 8 ounces snow peas, rinsed and cleaned
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons garlic infused olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a skillet on medium high heat, add water then add snow peas, cover and let snow peas cook in water for about 5 minutes, until water is gone.
- Add the olive oil, butter, and the mushrooms, and stir in the soy sauce, saute for about 5 minutes.
- Turn off heat, serve and Enjoy!
