Snow Peas and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces snow peas, rinsed and cleaned
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons garlic infused olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • In a skillet on medium high heat, add water then add snow peas, cover and let snow peas cook in water for about 5 minutes, until water is gone.
  • Add the olive oil, butter, and the mushrooms, and stir in the soy sauce, saute for about 5 minutes.
  • Turn off heat, serve and Enjoy!
