Mini Chocolate Cakes
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour
 - 1/4 cup baking cocoa
 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
 - 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
 - 3 tablespoons sugar
 - 1 egg
 - 3 tablespoons milk
 - 2 tablespoons cooking oil
 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
 - 3 tablespoons hot water
 - Your favorite frosting
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°, spray two 4 inch ramekins with cooking spray, set aside.
 - In a medium mixing bowl mix together the flour, baking cocoa, and baking powder.
 - In another bowl mix the egg, sugars, milk, cooking oil, vanilla together until completely mixed.
 - Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients mix together, now add the hot water and mix for about 1 minute.
 - Pour batter into the ramekin dishes, batter should fit evenly into dishes. Set on a cookie sheet.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, transfer to cooling rack to cool completely.
 - Transfer out of the ramekins on to two serving dishes and frost, or leave in ramekins and frost.
 - Serve and Enjoy!
