Mini Chocolate Cakes
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • Your favorite frosting
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350°, spray two 4 inch ramekins with cooking spray, set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl mix together the flour, baking cocoa, and baking powder.
  • In another bowl mix the egg, sugars, milk, cooking oil, vanilla together until completely mixed.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients mix together, now add the hot water and mix for about 1 minute.
  • Pour batter into the ramekin dishes, batter should fit evenly into dishes. Set on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, transfer to cooling rack to cool completely.
  • Transfer out of the ramekins on to two serving dishes and frost, or leave in ramekins and frost.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
