Blueberry Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 6 Tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dried blueberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°, lightly spray a cookie sheet wth cooking spray, set aside.
- Cream together butter and sugars, add the egg and vanilla mix together to blend completely.
- Mix together flour, baking soda, and salt, add to the creamed mixture.
- Fold in the dried blueberries and chocolate chips, drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 12 minutes. Remove cookies from pan with a flat spatula and set on cooling rack.
- Eat warm or completely cooled, make about 12 medium size or 18 small cookies. Enjoy!
