Rice Cooker Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup elbow macaroni, regular or gluten free
  • 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth, lower sodium
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Add the elbows, broth, milk, paprika, and butter into the rice cooker, cover with lid and push button for cycle to begin.
  • Stir about half way through cycle, about 10 minutes.
  • After cycle is done fold in the cheese, replace lid and let sit a few minutes until cheese is melted, serve. Makes about 2 Servings. Enjoy!
