Rice Cooker Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup elbow macaroni, regular or gluten free
- 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth, lower sodium
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Add the elbows, broth, milk, paprika, and butter into the rice cooker, cover with lid and push button for cycle to begin.
- Stir about half way through cycle, about 10 minutes.
- After cycle is done fold in the cheese, replace lid and let sit a few minutes until cheese is melted, serve. Makes about 2 Servings. Enjoy!
