Small Lemon Yogurt Cake Bars
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 small lemon
- a few drops lemon flavor
- your favorite glaze with a little yellow food coloring and a few drops lemon flavor
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°, Spray 6 inch square or round cake pan with cooking spray, set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl add the egg, cooking oil, sugar, yogurt, and juice from small lemon. Mix to completely blend.
- Add flour and baking powder, mix everything completely together, mix in lemon flavor.
- Pour batter into sprayed cake pan, Bake for about 30-35 minutes. Set on cooling rack, cool completely, then glaze top.
- Serve and Enjoy!
