Bacon Maple Mini Breakfast Bundt Cakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup regular or gluten free baking mix
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon crumbled
Directions
- Plug in mini bundt cake maker, spray with cooking spray or rub inside with cooking oil.
- In a medium mixing bowl add egg, milk, and maple syrup mix together.
- Add the baking mix and bacon pieces stir until everything is completely blended together.
- When bundt maker is ready, according to manufacturers directions, Pour about half of the batter into bundt maker, close lid.
- Cook time is about 9-10 minutes, after finished cooking lift out cake by handle plate and set on a serving plate.
- Let cool or serve warm, drizzle with glaze flavored with about a half teaspoon maple flavoring.
- Makes 2 cakes, serve and Enjoy!
