Bacon Maple Mini Breakfast Bundt Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup regular or gluten free baking mix
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon crumbled

Directions

  • Plug in mini bundt cake maker, spray with cooking spray or rub inside with cooking oil.
  • In a medium mixing bowl add egg, milk, and maple syrup mix together.
  • Add the baking mix and bacon pieces stir until everything is completely blended together.
  • When bundt maker is ready, according to manufacturers directions, Pour about half of the batter into bundt maker, close lid.
  • Cook time is about 9-10 minutes, after finished cooking lift out cake by handle plate and set on a serving plate.
  • Let cool or serve warm, drizzle with glaze flavored with about a half teaspoon maple flavoring.
