Mini Almond Bundt Cakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
Directions
- Wipe inside of bundt maker with cooking oil or spray. Plug in mini bundt maker to heat up.
- In a medium mixing bowl add the egg, sugar, yogurt, cooking oil, and almond extract, beat together with a fork.
- Add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda stir until mixed in and then beat for about a minute with fork.
- Pour half of the batter into mini bundt maker, top with half of the sliced almonds evenly on top . close lid and bake for about 8-9 minutes.
- With pot holders lift out cake by the plate handles, set on cooling rack.
- After cooled drizzle with your favorite glaze, I add a couple drops of almond extract to my glaze.
- Sprinkle the top with a few sliced almonds, Serve and Enjoy!
