Ramekin Brownies for Two

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flour, regular or gluten free all purpose
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons baking cocoa
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 3 tablespoons hot water or hot coffee
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°, spray two 4 inch ramekins with cooking spray, set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl add egg, cooking oil, yogurt, and baking cocoa and mix everything together until blended.
  • Add the flour and baking powder, mix completely, add hot water mix, last fold in chocolate chips.
  • Divide batter evenly between the two ramekins, Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until toothpick entered in center comes out clean set on cooling rack.
  • After completely cooled drizzle with chocolate sauce or glaze if you like.
