Ramekin Brownies for Two
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour, regular or gluten free all purpose
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons baking cocoa
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 3 tablespoons hot water or hot coffee
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350°, spray two 4 inch ramekins with cooking spray, set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl add egg, cooking oil, yogurt, and baking cocoa and mix everything together until blended.
- Add the flour and baking powder, mix completely, add hot water mix, last fold in chocolate chips.
- Divide batter evenly between the two ramekins, Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until toothpick entered in center comes out clean set on cooling rack.
- After completely cooled drizzle with chocolate sauce or glaze if you like.
